the flowers gaze at you

Today we had a meeting with Pratim; our manufacturer of the beautiful cork products. Pratim told us that his father actually was one of the first in the world to create 100% degradable cork yogamats. I am so proud of our products as they are not only sustainable, ethically made but also amazing quality. Grateful 🥰🙏🏻

This is a picture I took exactly a year ago while I was living in Bali. The Lotus reminds us that we can despite out difficulties, rise and bloom. This particular one always made me smile- as it closed on it self and opened again with its own rhythm throughout the day. Reminding us about the balance between being in our sun (masculine energy) and retracting to rest and recieve in our moon energy (feminine).
Nature is always there to remind us about the essential balance that is needed in life; we need to find our own rhythm and adapt as we go. What was the right way last week may not be it this week. It’s challenging, but also beautiful. Yesterday I was lecturing for a group of wonderful humans about creating a healthy space for teenagers to live in through guidance from their parents and network. What I especially talked about is exactly this what the Lotus is teaching us also. We grow, we expand, we adapt and we thrive.. Through learning as we go. There is no recipe to life. But if we connect to our hearts and let them be our compass we always have our inner light to guide us. Sending love to all of you. May you find your strength and be kind to yourself in the process.❤️ M
